Scott Johnston

Scott Johnston is a transportation planner with six years of experience in project management, functional planning, travel demand modeling, and traffic engineering. He has expertise in the application of travel demand modeling software to evaluate roadway and public transit operations and improvement needs, as well as recent experience with micro-simulation of transportation corridors for EA purposes. Scott has been involved with various transportation related studies, including transit and roadway planning, master plans, survey design and methodology, analysis of data, and reporting.
